Marchele's Fragnant Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Mahatma Jasmine Rice1 cup green beans1 cup crinkle cut carrots1 cup green peas1 cup chopped onions2 lg eggs1/4 lite soy sauce
Directions
Prepared Rice takes approx. 15 minutes - included in Cooking Time above.

1. In a large frying pan add rice and vegetables until hot over medium heat.
2. While heating rice and vegetables, beat eggs. Once mixture is heated push to the sides of pan, until there is an opening in the middle pour eggs in center of pan, scramble.
3. Once eggs are scrambled stir into rest of mixture.
4. Add the soy sauce and stir together once more.

Makes: 7 servings
