Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 apple cored and baked or boiled1 tsp lemon or plain gelatin1 weight watchers pie ala mode yogurtice cubes
Add the gelatin to hot apples and make sure it dissolves
blend all ingredients to a consistancy you like adding 4 ice cubes to start then more if needed. I also add a tsp of cinnamon but I like it lots, the spices in the yogurt are good enuff for most palates. If you dont want a smoothie you can omit the ice and put blended mix in freezer for a couple of hours and it makes a nice sorbet
