Directions
Brown chicken in oil on medium heat, add grated carrot and diced onions cook for 2-3 minutes, add salt, pepper, turmeric and cumin, add rice and cook for a minute. Pour water and bring to a boil. Add peeled garlic cloves and bay leaf. Adjust seasoning. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until rice is done.
