Chicken w/ Garlic & Rosemary

Boneless skinless Chicken Breast prick meat with fork so marinade can penetrate1 or 2 Garlic cloves mincedfresh rosemary 2 tbsp mincedJuice from one lemon or limepinch of salt pinch of black pepper1 tbsp Olive Oil
Place all ingredients in zipper bag and place in fridge for at least 20 min.
preheat oven to 350
in oven safe saute pan add one turn of olive oil.
on med high heat saute chickenbreast 2 min. on each side. Add leftover marinade to pan. Place pan in heated oven for 15 min. to finish cooking.
Can also be grilled.
