Really Easy Vegetable Soup

6 c water1 c frozen onion1 c frozen baby limas4 c frozen green beans3 1/3 c frozen carrot slices1 c frozen peas1 c frozen corn1 T minced garlic6 T sea salt4 T dried basil2 T dried parsley1 c orzo 1 can (28 oz or 794 grams) crushed tomatoes
In a stock pot add water, onion, limas, green beans, carrots, peas, corn, garlic, basil, parsley and salt. Cover and place on high heat allowing to come to boil, stir every 10 or 15 minutes. After approximately 30 minutes from the start time, add orzo to boiling mixture. Cover, allow to return to boil stiring frequently. After 7 minutes, reduce heat and add crushed tomatoes.
Allow to simmer another 5 - 10 minutes.
Makes approx 25, 1 cup servings.
