Sweet Brocolli & Cauliflower salad

Ingredients
1 stalk fresh broccoli2 cups cauliflower florets1/8 C sliced almonds1/8 C dried cranberries3 TB raspberry vinaigrette
Directions
Take only the florets from the stalk of broccoli and halve large ones for more bite sized pieces.
Steam your veggies; but be sure not to overcook.
(this works the easiest with steam bags;in this instance pour your cranberries and vinaigrette in with the veggies prior to microwaving.)
Toss with the almonds, cranberries, and vinaigrette.
Refrigerate for apx 1 hour.

Makes 4 1 cup servings.
