1 cup of grapes1 cup of any orange juice with pulp3/4 cup of any frozen whole strawberries1 container of any YogurtBlend this in a mixer until it is fully blended.This is the recipe if you want 1 large drink. If you'd rather make 2 smaller ones, when you are filling out the diet page, divide the ingredient amounts by 2 because you are making 2 drinks. Still use the full amounts. You are dividing the amounts on the page for the diet because you are only drinking half of the full drink.
