Tilapia & Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 Tsp Extra Light Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic (minced)4 Tilapia Fillets2 Cups Brown Rice
Directions
Warm olive oil and garlic in frying pan. Once the oil and garlic are nice and hot, place the filets in the pan. Add desired seasonings (I usually use a pinch of dried Rosemary and cracked black pepper). Cook on one side for 6-8 minutes. Cook brown rice as directed. Enjoy!
