Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Chicken Thigh, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Apricots, dried, 1 cup, halves (remove)Almonds, 0.25 cup, ground (remove)*Cinnamon Stick, 3 serving (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*ground tumeric, 2 tsp (remove)Honey, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)*Sesame Seeds, 4 tbsp (remove)
Place all items except couscous in a crockpot. Cover with water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken falls off the bone.
Serve over Couscous.
