1/2 lb Rotini Pasta2 Tbsp Olive oil1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into small strips1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground pepper3 cloves of garlic thinly sliced1 tsp Oregeno1 7oz jar of Roasted Red Peppers thinly sliced1 14 oz can of Artichoked Hearts Drained and Quartered1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half2 Tblsp Lemon Juice2 oz Feta Cheese crumbles2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated

Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add PAsta and cook according to package directions. Drain
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large pan over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and fry in oil until browned and cooked through about 6-7 minutes.
Remove chicken and add remaining 1 Tbsp of oil. Add garlic and Oregeno and cook 30 seconds. Add Tomatoes, peppers and artichokes cooking about 3 minutes until tomatoes soften. Add lemon juice and return chicken to pan. Cook 1-3 minutes longer, Transfer pasta to a large bowl pour chicken mixture over and toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheeses and serve!
