* Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) * Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove) * *Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix, 3 tsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Tumeric, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
saute onion until brown - add garlic and ginger (minced)
add spices and tomatoes
add a little water and TVP, if using
add yogurt
let simmer for 15 mins
