Spinach and Tomato Orzo Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked Orzo4 cups fresh Baby Spinach2 cups grape tomatoes4 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp salt1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Cook orzo as instructed on box.
After it's done cooking, add oil, salt, and pepper and let cool.
Once cool add spinach and tomatoes and stir
(NOTE- If I'm making this to eat at more than one sitting, then I usually wait and add spinach/ tomatoes to each serving. That way I can ensure my salad is always fresh!)
