Raisin Bran Muffin

1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour3/4 C Flaxseed Meal3/4 C Wheat Bran1t Baking Powder1t Baking Soda1t Ground Cinnamon1t Ground Allspice1/2 C Raisins (packed)1 C Applesauce (unsweetened)2 Large Eggs (beaten)1/4 C Honey1/4 C Molasses1C Milk1t Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add Raisins. In a separate bowl combine milk, honey, molasses, applesauce and beaten eggs. When well blended, add in dry mixture, and mix until just combined. Spray muffin tins with nonfat cooking spray (butter or canola flavor), or put muffin papers in muffin tins. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 13 - 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and popping away from muffin tin.
