Cheesey Ham & potato's with Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1 cup diced potato's3 oz. diced ham steak (kroger)2 servings brussel sprouts (approx. 12)1 slice American Cheese singles1/4 cup 98% Fat Free Chicken BrothPepper to taste
Directions
Makes one serving dish (includes 2 serv. of brussel sprouts)

Pre-cook brussel sprouts according to pkg. directions. I usually use the left overs from another meal.
Peel and dice potato's, add to a small pan with about 1/2 cup water & 1/4 cup chicken broth (for extra flavor). Simmer until just about tender. Add diced ham& simmer 2 to 3 more minutes. Drain.

Place potato mixture in one half of 3cup casserol dish, place brussel sprouts in the other half. Pepper if desired. Tear cheese into small pieces and place all over entire dish. Microwave 30 seconds to melt cheese
