Tomato Basil Bisque

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive Oil1 Med Onion2 cloves garlic1 Tbs Flour56 oz Tomatoes1 cup heavy cream\1 cup water1 Tbs basil1 tsp crushed chili pepper flakes1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat Oil
Saute Onions and until soft
Stir in Flour
Cook for 1 minute
Add chopped tomatoes
Bring to boil then lower to simmer for 15 min
Let Cool
Blend soup in small batches until smooth
Return to pot and stir in cream
Add basil, pepper, chili
Return to boil and simmer 5 min
