INGREDIENTS:1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar1 cup canned pumpkin1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until blended. Serve with gingersnaps or graham cracker sticks. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 4 cups.
