Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour2 cups whole wheat flour2 cups Sugar in the Raw2 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp salt4 Tbsp butter, melted3/4 cup no sugar added applesauce3 large eggs1 egg white2/3 cup water1 15 oz can pumpkin1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 8x4 (or two 9x5) inch loaf pans. In a large bowl, mix flours, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt together. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and egg white, melted butter, applesauce, water and canned pumpkin. Stir into the dry ingredients just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake bread 60 or 70 minutes until cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven and let sit 10-15 minutes. Gently run knife around edge and remove bread from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
