Mexican poached eggs

Ingredients
white wine vinegar large pinch of salt corn tortilla spicy tomato sauce.
Directions
Add a splash of white wine vinegar into a pan of boiling water
Then drop in an egg
Stir the water in the pan until there's a cyclone effect in it
Drop in the egg
Leave to poach for two to three minutes
Then simply the serve the poached egg on a corn tortilla with spicy tomato sauce.
