Strawberry Fluff

Ingredients
5 graham crackers2 tblsp butter2 tblsp brown sugar1 egg white1 tblsp white sugar1 tblsp lemon juice1 cup strawberries (chopped w/juice)
Directions
combine the graham crackers, butter, brown sugar and pack it down on the bottom of 8 by 10 baking pan. bake at 375 for ten minutes.

meanwhile, beat the egg whites (i use powdered) on high with lemon juice, sugar, and strawberries until super fluffy (usually 10-20 min) fold in 4 oz fat free cool whip. freeze overnight.
