Basic White Pepper Gravy

Ingredients
Smart Balance Omega Natural Blend Oil, 3 tbsp Martha White All Purpose Enriched Pre-Sifted Flour, 0.25 cup Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk, 0.33 cup Water, 2 cup Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium Sauce pace, add the oil and heat over medium heat until hot. Add in the flour and star whisking with a wire whisk until bubbly. Add in the milk and water. Keep whisking until mixed together throughly. Sauce will thicken as it cooks. If its too thick add some more water, if its too thin continue to cook on medium heat until it thickens. Makes eight 1/4 cup servings.
