Blueberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients
1 Graham Pie Crust (6 oz)1 egg white, lightly beaten1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling1/2 cup of whole wheat flour1/4 cup dark brown sugar1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 cup of cold light butter or margarine3/4 cup of oats
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 375F. Brush pie crust lightly with some of the egg white. Bake 5 minutes. Cool.

SPOON pie filling into crust. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon with remainder of egg white in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats. Sprinkle over pie filling.

BAKE 25 to 30 minutes at 375F or until topping is golden brown. Cool.
