Chicken Asagio with pesto spaghetti

12 oz. Boneless skinless chicken breastTomato2 T fat-free mayonnaise dressing1/2 c. panko bread crumbs1/4 c. asagio or parmesan cheese1 tsp. olive oil1 Tomatobasil leavessalt & pepper, to taste4 servings, whole wheat spaghetti (8 oz)1/4 c. reduced fat pesto
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In the meantime, mix panko, cheese, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Cut the chicken into four serving sizes of 4 oz. each. Dip the chicken into the mayonnaise dressing to coat. Roll the chicken in the panko mixture.
Place the chicken in a prepared casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer with tomato slice and basil leaves. sprinkle with olive oil. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
While chicken is cooking cook spaghetti as directed. Mix with pesto. Place 1 c. spaghetti on each plate with one piece of chicken.
