EMPTY RAW CHICKEN LIVER AND COURSLEY CHOPPED ONION INTO STEAMER (MAY ADD CELERY CHOPPED AND CHOPPED ONION IF DESIRED) STEAM 20 TO 30 MINUTES 'TIL LIVERS ARE DONE.
ADD THIS MIXTURE TO THE FOOD PROCESSER ALONG WITH THE PEELED HARD BOILED EGGS AND SPICES. PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH AND THERE ARE NO VISIBLE PIECES OF EGG OR ONION IN THE LIVER SPREAD. REFRIGERATE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER . GREAT SPREAD ON TOAST OR CRACKERS.
