Pulled Pork Sandwiches

evoosalt and peppergarlic salt1 3-5 pound pork roast (butt or loint roast)1 can french onion soup2 cups kethcup1/ cup apple cider vinegar1/4 c brown sugar1 cup barbcue sauce
Season both sides of roast with salt and pepper and garlic salt. Pour EVOO in a skillet and brown both sides of the roast, takes about 5 minutes.
Dump all ingrediants in the crockpot except for the barbecue sauce. Place the roast in the sauce and cover. Place crock pot on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6 hours.
When the meat is done, take the roast out and shred it with a fork. Place the meat back in the crock pot and add 1 cup of barbecue sauce, or serve the barbecue sauce on the side.
Makes about 18 1/2 cup servings for a 3 pound roast.
