Ingredients
1.5 pounds Stew Meat3 cups cubed potatoes2 cups chopped carrots1 1/2 tsp beef bullion1 tbsp Worcestershire2 cups tomato juice1 c waterseasonings to taste
Directions
coat the meat in flour and brown in a pan.

chop the veggies and put into a crock pot. add the liquids and the seasonings. put the meat in and turn on the crock pot to High.

check after 2 1/2 hours to be sure the liquid is staying. test the potatoes after 5. it should be done, but may take longer in some cases.
