4 Slices Healthy Life White Bread (35 Calories per slice)4 large egg whites1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract1/4 tsp. Ground CinnamonSaltButter Flavored Cooking SprayI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
In a medium bowl, whisk the egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt (to your taste) until foamy.
Heat a iron skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Spray with nonstick butter flavored spray and fry the french toast slices til golden brown and firm in the middles.
Top off with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and honey/syrup. This is the lowest calorie version I could come up with and I eat it pretty frequently for a lower calorie breakfast.
