French Green Beans with Orange and Pancetta

Ingredients
1 cup fresh french green beans chopped2 small, seedless navel oranges peeled and chopped1/4 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup dried cranberries2 tsp olive oil (orange flavored is great)2 tsp pomegranate vinegar1/2 ounce pancetta or bacon
Directions
Cook pancetta/bacon on high heat until almost crisp. Add green beans and cook on high heat for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped oranges, almonds and cranberries.

Wisk together olive oil and vinegar until well blended.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss.

This can be served warm as a side dish or chilled as a salad.
