Dark Chocolate tofu mousse

Ingredients
Tofu, silken, soft, 12.3 oz package)3 oz high quality dark chocolateCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/4 cup Water, tap, 1/4 cupKahlua or Brandy, 1 TSplenda, 1/2 cup
Directions
Puree tofu in blender or food processor until smooth. Place chocolate, cocoa powder, 1/4 cup water and liquor in a double boiler or bowl over pan w/ 1" water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, add spenda a little at a time, until smooth.
Drain tofu& put in blender, add chocolate mixture & blend until smooth and well blended. Spoon into 5 serving dishes and top (optional) with Cool Whip Free.
To make this look even nicer, I add some chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
