Oatmeal Craisin & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
* Butter, unsalted, 1.75 stick * Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 medium * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * *Flour, white, 1.5 cup * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 3 serving * *Rye Flake, 12 oz * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup * Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate, 3 serving
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy.
3. Ad eggs and vanilla; beat well.
4. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
5. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.
6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.

Makes about 4 dozen.
