Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
1 12 oz bag of cranberries1 large orange1 pomegranate1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Put washed cranberries and cut up orange, with skin still on, into food processor is batches until coarsely chopped. Add pomegranate seeds from 1 whole pomegranate. Mix in 1/2 cup sugar. Let sit for at least 18 hours in the refrigerator.

Makes approx 24 1/2 cup servings.
