Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup Lentils prewashed 21/2 cups water1 medium carrot1 medium tomato (or 3 roma tomatoes)3 small red tomatoes1 cup Kale or SpinachCumin, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder to taste
Directions
Place all the ingredients plus a little bit of cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder, in a medium sized pan and simmer for 30-35mins or until veggies are nice and tender. Serve by itself, or with a nice salad or rice.
