Ingredients
1 c chicken broth 12 oz salsa12 oz sweet yellow corn 3/4 lb. Ground Beef 93% Lean1 can Pinto beans1 can Black Beans Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix (1 packtOld El Paso Chili Seasoning (1) Packet1/2 c. chopped onion1/4 c. Chopped green onion1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Directions
Brown Ground Beef. Drain off any fat. Add seasonings and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer. Add to crock pot with all remaining ingredients. Cook on low 3 hours. Makes 7 8oz servings
