Crepes (Sweedish Pancakes)

Beat the eggs. Add milk and mix together. Wisk in the flour. The batter will be very thin but will thicken as it sits. Ladle out a small amount onto a non-stick frying pan or crepe pan, tilt the pan so that the batter forms a circle, flip over and then fill with fruit, jam, powdered sugar or what ever your heart desires. Heat pan first before adding the batter the first time and medium heat is plenty.
