3 cups Carrots, chopped 3 cups Beets, chopped4 cups potatoes, diced 2 cups Lean Stewing Beef, cubed 1.5 cups white flour1 tsp Salt1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp seasoning salt2 tbsp Italian Seasoning 12 cups water 2 cup corn, frozen2 cup peas, frozen
Preheat slow cooker with lid on high.
Chop all ingredients before browning meat.
In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and seasonings. Coat beef in flour mixture. In skillet, brown beef. Toss all ingredients into slow cooker. Cover. Let cook 4-6 hours on high-medium heat. Stew is ready when root veggies are soft.
