Banana Bread

Ingredients
6-8 very ripe bananas (even oozing black ones work well)2/3 cup melted butter/margarine2 eggs2 cups sugar1 tbsp vanilla3 cups flour2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mash bananas (the riper the better - even black works)
Add sugar, eggs, melted butter and vanilla then mix well
Add flour and baking soda then mix (batter will be slightly lumpy.

Use mini muffin pans (grease/oil optional).

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and then keep in air tight container.
