Sausage and Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
Cooking Spray6 ounces turkey kielbasa sausage, sliced1 cup diced green, red or yellow bell pepper1 (14 1/4 ounce) can fat-free, less sodium chicken broth1 (15 ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, rinsed & drained1/4 cup picante sauce or salsachopped cilantro (optional)
Directions
1) Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage, and saute 1 minute or until sausage begins to brown. Add pepper; saute 1 minute.

2) Add Broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; add beans and picante sauce, and simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Top with cilantro, if desiered.

Yield: 4 (1 cup) serving
