Ingredients
4 oz. chicken breast3 cans Swanson's chicken broth1 can diced tomatoes1 small zucchini (about 1 cup)1 small yellow squash (about 1 cup)1.5 cups corn1/2 cup peas1/2 cup mushrooms1 cup carrot slices1/4 cup diced onion1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. celery power (or 1 stalk diced celery)
Directions
Makes 12 servings
Lightly brown diced chicken, add all other ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 mins.
