Green Chicken Chile Enchiladas

Directions
1 lb roast chicken (about half of chicken)1 can 4.5oz Old El Paso chopped green chiles12 flour tortillas2 cans (10 oz each) Old El Paso green chiles enchilada sauce1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese
1. Remove skin and bones from chicken.
2. Cut chicken into bit sized pieces
3. Add 1/4 cup of cheese to chicken
4. Add can of chopped green chiles to chicken
5. Pour just enough enchilada sauce in bottom of 13x9 baking dish to lightly cover.
6. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas; roll up and place seam side down in baking dish.
7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8. Bake 15 to 20 minutes of until hot and cheese is melted.
Note: Helps to place baking dish on a cookie sheet.
Makes 12 enchiladas (2 for a servicing)
