Ingredients
1 C Brown Rice, cooked1 1/2 C Carrot, grated1 C Celery, finely chopped3/4 C Oats3 Green Onions, chopped1/4 t Rosemary, dried, ground1/2 C Water2 T Natural Peanut Butter1/2 t Salt
Directions
Cook brown rice. You can use dehydrated. Mix carrots, celery, oats, green onions and rosemary with rice really well in a bowl. In a separate container blend water, peanut butter and salt until creamy. Pour liquid over the other ingredients and mix well. Pack into pam sprayed 8x8 dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. This makes 6-3/4 cup servings.
