Crab stuffed tomato

Ingredients
4 Medium to large tomato1 cup basil chopped1 cup fat free plain yogurt1 medium red onion diced2 cups chopped immitation crab meatsalt to tastegarlic powder to taste1 lime juiced
Directions
Hollow out 4 large tomato. Finely dice onion, immitation crab, and basil. Combine all ingredients except tomato and mix thoroughly. Stuff tomato with mixture. Top with a whole basil leaf!
