Organic wholewheat flour, 225 gram(s) Baking Powder, 1 tsp Spinach, fresh, 150 grams Onion, medium, raw, 50 gram(s) Feta Cheese, 50 grams Herbs to tasteMilk, 2%, 175 mL Canola Oil, .2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix all the dry ingredients and veg. Then add the liquid and fold until you stop seeing dry flour (overmixing will create tough muffins)
Divide the mix into a 12 muffin pan & bake for 20 -25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
