For a delicious smoothie, take 1 banana, any brand of Vanilla Yogurt, grapes with seeds or seedless, Orange juice with pulp in it, and any brand of frozen blueberries and mix all ingredients in a blender until fully blended. This will make enough for 2 medium glasses of the smoothie or one large one.
