Pumpkin Puree, 2 cupsGranulated Sugar, 2.5 cupsCanola Oil, 1 cupAll-Purpose Flour, 3 cupsEggs, fresh, 3 large Walnuts, 1 cup, choppedCloves, ground, .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Allspice, 1 tspBaking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Combine all wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add spices & mix again.
Add flour, one cup at a time - until all are well combined with the wet mix. Add walnuts & stir one final time.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (9x5) & bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1hour & 10-15 minutes. Check after 1 hour to see if done, final time depends on individual oven.
Makes 2 loaves at 890 grams each or 16 slices each.
