Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (Low Carb/High Fiber 80 cal)1/8 c. of tomato sauce (10 cal)1/3 c. of finely shredded cheese (italian 80 cal)15 mini pepperonis [optional] (140 cal)sprinkle of italian/pizza seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. One tortilla is one serving. Lay tortilla on baking sheet, cover with sauce and sprinkle desired seasonings on. Next layer on cheese and desired toppings. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla begins to crisp.

*Note: You can add any toppings and modify the calories. I included the calorie breakdown for each item so it makes it easier for others to calculate..I love this..it's super easy and delicious! You can also make a just cheese, veggie, or all meats. The crust is light and crisp, and so much cheaper than eating out or eating freezer varieties. This is also fun for kids to help in the kitchen..enjoy!!

    I liked it. The tortillas made it a little sweeter than I like for my pizza. Also these are personal pizzas so I had to make a lot to serve my family, but they only took about 5 minutes to make and I could throw 4 of them in the oven at a time. - 4/15/17
