low carb buttermilk sun dried tomato quiche

10 oz spinach thawedhalf pint buttermilkhalf pint heavy creamsundried tomatoes (about 3)8 oz diced lean ham6oz shredded swiss cheese6 eggs
Thaw spinach, drain excess water and pat into bottom of round casserole dish.
mix eggs, cream and buttermilk, whipping lightly.
Dice sundried tomatoes and toss into the liquid mixture.
Add diced ham and swiss cheese over the spinach.
Pour liquid mixture over dish, sprinkle with fresh nutmeg.
Cook at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean, about 40 min.
