Anellini Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Chicken stock, home-prepared, 20 cupsCelery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) dicedCarrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) dicedPotato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) dicedGarlic powder, 4 tbsp Celery Salt, 1 tsp Basil, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces, dicedSchar Gluten Free Anellini, 330 grams, entire box
Directions
Bring chicken stock to boil, add diced celery, carrots, and potatoes. Add spices and cooked diced chicken. Once boiling, add a box of gluten free pasta, return to boil, remove from heat to make sure you do not over cook pasta. Serve, enjoy.
