Bobbie's Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients
• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes• 1 cup sugar• 2 eggs, beaten• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract• ½ cup butter, melted• Topping: 1cup brown sugar, packed, ½ cup flour, 1 cup chopped pecans1/3 cup melted butter
Directions
• Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter thoroughly.
• Pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish.
• Mix all the topping ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the casserole.
• Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
