Turkey & Mashed Potato 'Pie'

Ingredients
4 tbsp butter2 tbsp all-purpose flour1 can chicken broth1 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 cups leftover cooked turkey, cubed2 cups leftover cooked vegetables (or frozen)1/2 cup leftover stuffing2 cups leftover mashed potatoes1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, low fat
Directions
Serves 6

Preheat oven to 375 F.Lightly grease shallow 2-quart glass or ceramic baking dish; set aside.

In 3-quart saucepan, melt butter on medium. Whisk in flour until smooth; cool 1 minute. Whisk in chicken broth & Worcestershire sauce until well blended; heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to low & simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in turkey & vegetables.

Spoon stuffing evenly into bottom of prepared baking dish. Top with turkey mixture. Using back of spoon, evenly spread mashed potatoes over the top; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake casserole 25 minutes or until hot & bubbly and cheese begins to brown at edges. Let pie stand 5 minutes for easier serving.
