* Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove) * Beets, boiled, 3.5 beets (2" dia, sphere) (remove) * Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled (remove) * balsamic vinegar, .5 tablespoon (remove) * *"Great Value" Mustard, Spicy Brown (1 tsp), .5 tsp (remove) * Salt, .25 tsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .125 tsp (remove) * Olive Oil, .125 cup (remove)
While the diced beets are steaming, make the salad and dressing: Place the spinach in a large bowl. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and sugar in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil until thoroughly combined. Pour the dressing over the spinach and toss to coat.
