2 Cups Brown Basmati Rice2 Cups Niko Calrose Rice2 Cups Low-Sodium/Fat Free Chicken Broth2 Cups Water2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% fat-free)1 whole rotisserie chicken (fat, skin and bone removed)1 pkg Knorr Vegatable Soup Mix
Place all liquids and soups together and whisk until blended. Add rice and chicken, cover in a 5 qt baking dish at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Uncover at 75 minutes and turn oven up to 357 if you like it a little crunchy on top!
